The training covered both theoretical and practical modules delivered by RMUTL’s expert instructors, focusing on installation, maintenance, and evaluation of renewable energy systems—especially solar PV systems. The aim was to prepare participants to successfully pass TPQI competency tests and apply that knowledge effectively in vocational institutions.

Beyond technical training, participants engaged in discussions on integrating clean energy technology into vocational curricula and community applications—designed to inspire vocational students toward careers in the energy sector.

On July 17, 2025, a certificate ceremony was held in the Buara‑Wang Meeting Room at RMUTL (Huay Kaew campus), honoring 44 participants who passed the training and assessment. The ceremony featured:

  • Asst. Prof. Somkiat Wongphanich, Vice President for Administration, delivering opening remarks
  • Dr. Nirut Butsanlee, Deputy Regional Education Commissioner, Education Region 15, presiding over the certificate presentation and commending the program’s achievements and future collaboration with OVEC in workforce development and clean energy promotion.

Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna remains committed to being a national hub for vocational training excellence—integrating multi-sector cooperation to support Thailand’s sustainable development goals in energy and the environment.
